Warranty / Returns:

Here at Fota Auto Parts we supply quality products for great prices.

All parts are subject to a 30 day returns policy.

In the event that a product does not meet the expectations of the customer we are happy to accept returns based on the following:

The product has not been fitted or damaged.

It is still in the original packaging (in the case of items that are shrink-wrapped, the wrap must be intact), The packaging should be clean and in suitable condition for resale.

The cost of shipping the return is up to the customer.

Once the part(s) have been received, Fota Auto Parts ltd will issue either a refund or a credit note at the customers discretion.

In the case of parts that are not functioning as expected or are damaged or broken,

Customers should make contact with Fota Auto Parts ltd as soon as possible and inform us of the issue – ideally this should be the same day the goods were received from the courier.

Once the situation has been established we will issue either a refund/credit note or a replacement part at the customers discretion. In this case Fota Auto Parts will cover the cost of shipping the replacement parts to the customer.
